Click on the image to be resized and then click resize.

To edit your signature you need to get to your users control panel. That link is located towards the top of the page left side: "User CP"

Thanks for the compliment on my sig...I've had alot of fun doing them over the years and really enjoy doing the HHR ones and giving folks something small to showcase their HHR's.

http://www.picnik.com is also a great resource for resizing and editing pictures with some cool effects. It's web-based (no download) and free.
