Salsa
Went to a traveling fleemarket sale today at our local college and picked up some really good salsa. Check them out here: SalsaMagnifico. We picked up the Mild Cilantro Salsa, Original Red Medium Clovis Salsa, and the Raspberry BBQ Chipotle Salsa. Also tried the Pineapple Salsa which was good and the Original Red X-Hot Salsa which was good but we wouldn't be able to eat much of because of the heat.

Oh great, now I want chips n' salsa!
I have yet to make pineapple salsa. It sounds good though.
My salsa recipe is very easy....
6 (or so) tomatoes
1 onion
1 bunch cilantro
1-2 cloves garlic
1-2 habanero peppers
(if you don't like it that hot, use 1-2 of your favorite pepper)
Slice everything into 1/4's and throw it in the blender. Do not add liquid.
Another of my cooking favorites is a seasoning called Trail Dust.
It can be found at www.OldTexan.com
It's very very mild and has a BBQ'r type flavor.
