My wife and I were at the shopping plaza tonight and parked up front. A nice couple were leaving the store as we entered and the lady looked at our HHR, smiled, and then said to her husband.........



"Is that the new PT?"



All I can say is "Ouch".

Blonds! I just love 'em!

 

I hate that. The day I bought my HHR we went to Boston Market a few hours later and this old couple made an complete 360 tour around my car. It was so funny

 

i had a guy tonight just standing outside our italian place doing a pick up just staring at my car.
i came out,,, he just said,,, too sharp

he had to be early 70s

 

Heh I had a elderly gent who stood with his car door open at QT (local gas station) and just stared the entire time as I went in and got my stuff and left he didnt blink once.

 

Since I am doing online classes, I go to the library where they have a WiFi connection in Plymouth. Last week I had an older gentleman tell me, "It's about time someone built a beautiful car!" I gave him the whole tour and he said that was the nicest new car he has seen in ages! I had to stand outside for about 15 mins....my head wouldn't fit through the door!

 

I had a funny incident and really wish I could have heard them....

I was stopped in traffic on a busy street in a restaurant district. The guy had just parked his PT and he and his son got out. The son (about 8 - 10) spotted my HHR and tugged at his dad's arm with a "Hey, Dad, look at THAT!" type of reaction.

The father turned and looked, but got this (disgusted, jealous??) look on his face and promptly tugged the kid to move on.

I think a similar scenario would have taken place if a (very good looking!) young lady was walking down the street naked!!
