I just filled my tank on Sunday, regular was 2.86/gal.
Not used to $50.00 to fill my HHR, my wife's QX4 maybe, but not the HHR.

Don't feel bad the past couple of times I filled up it was $3.09 per gallon for 93 octane. The lowest I remember it being in my area recently is like $3.03 and that was at least a month ago.

We are at $2.89 for regular. I just got my HHR and I haven't had to put gas in it yet. I am sure it won't break the bank as bad as my Colorado did. $60 to fill up and it only lasted a week.... Ouch!!

Welcome to chevyHHR.net angeleyez, gas today here for mid-grade was $2.85 and they said wed. it would be 10-15 cents a gallon higher. It is going to be a long summer with high gas prices I am afraid, could be worse I could still have my quad cab dakota which on a good day got 15 mpg.

Thanks! Glad to be here. I traded in my colorado last week because it got to be completely ridiculous. I drive 6 miles each way to work and would blow through a tank of gas a week in the pick up. I've had my HHR for exacly 7 days and i haven't even used a 1/4 of a tank yet. What a difference. I've even made some "un-necessary" trips out in the HHR and still the needle has barely moved.

Just checked my receipt from last Friday when I last filled mine up, $2.64 a gallon. Small town Oklahoma. I'm in Atlanta at the moment and it's running around $2.90 average a gallon here for 87 octane. Geesh, I'm not looking forward to this... I fill mine up everyday on my way home and been averaging $25 to $35 a day... thank goodness I get reimbursed for 90% of my fuel receipts!!! I Love My Job!!!
