I think Texas tornado's are much worse.

I agree,the great thing about earthquakes, by the time you realize what is going on....it is already over. with hurricanes tornados or all the others acts of nature you have to stand there and watch it for an hour or two...

We only had one earthquake in NE Ohio area, about 20 yrs ago... and I was outta town & missed it!

You must get used to them out in Calif... being an every day occurance.

Tornados on the other hand... I've been in 3 of those in my lifetime! Not a pleasant experience!

That's one of the great things about where I live. No hurricanes, floods, tornados, earthquakes, tropical storms, or anything like that. We just have to deal with a couple of months of cold and snow. The worst we get is the occasional really bad snow storm or an ice storm.
