I had a buddy Billy who had this powder blue Japanese scooter and he loved the thing. He had a bunch of Japanese custom parts on it. He loved it so much he would park it in his living room. He road 30 something miles each way to and from work on it. The trip would take him like 2 hours each way because he couldn't drive on the highway. If he would have just bought a car it would have taken him like 15 or 20 minutes to get to work. But then again it cost him like nothing for gas, he loved to ride on it anyways, and we were city kids that would ride our skateboards most everywhere so it's not like he did massive amounts of driving other than to and from work. His girl had a car so they could go shopping, visit their parents in the suburbs, and do laundry without the scooter.

There you go Nate! The numer two reason to not buy one, people will laugh at you. The number one reason of course is chicks don't dig them. I don't see any man that rides a Vespa getting laid. My buddy Billy that had the scooter was with his girl before he bought it. He looked funny on it. A 6 foot 200 plus pound asian kid ridding a powder blue Japanese scooter with matching powder blue helmet.
