Question Speedo Question

OK, I was thinking about up grading the wheels on my 1LT over the winter. It has the factory 16" on it now.
My question is this, if I go up to 17 " or 18" wheels how much will they change the speedo reading ? I'm not sure what tires I will go with just yet?
Many Thank's

As long as the outside diameter remains the same, you won't have any issues.

i.e. Larger rims w/ a lower profile tire.

Maybe this link will help. Indicates differences between tires and rims.
