Useta be that when you'd see someone doing something strange or stupid you'd think they were drunk... now there's a lot more of them on the road in the daytime & odds are good that they'll be on a cell phone. Studies have shown that cell phone talkers & drunk drivers have similar driving patterns. And they both claim that it doesn't affect their driving. yea, right.
