Stubby and his friend Pocahontas are staying with us for the next couple of weeks.

Pocahontas went for a 20 mile bike ride with my wife this week across Camp Pendleton Marine Corps Base

At the same time Stubby went to work with me at the School District Driving a School bus.

I always wondered what it was like to ride one of these things.


Oh look, someone left the keys in the ignition.


This isn’t so hard

Today Pocahontas went to Disneyland with our Daughter.

Here she is spending some time with some of the local critters in the park.


Seeing this Statue, makes her realize how much she is missing Stubby


So she stops by the post office in the park and drops a card to Stubby

 

OMG! as I was reading the Chronicles of Stubby and Poca, the Travelocity commercial was playing, man thats some good stuff you guys

 

Wow looks like you guys are having a great time! Stubby, I would be jealous, Poca got to go on a bike ride and a trip to Disneyland and all you did was drive a bus and have a run in with the local authorities. Glad you guys had a safe trip and made it to the west coast in one piece.

 

Wow, it looks like they have really come out of their shell (box) for you. It looks like much more fun than bouncing around the back of my Panel!

 

Is that the "Short Bus" that Stubby's in?

Yes, as a matter of Fact, he is in the "short bus"
That is all that is bussed as of last week in our district due to 28 million dollar shortfall.
