Supplier brought to justice by Mazda forum members

Spreading the love on this one. Guy sends out his valve cover to have it powder coated. Supplier goes AWOL on it for about 4 months, a Mazda forum pressures the guy into giving member his cover back. Hilarity ensues.\

I understand that there should be some limitations over what can be said about a supporting vendor. That being said, I would hope that the vendors themselves are encouraged to offer the best in customer service,
