Texas Nascar race this weekend

I am flying into Dallas Sunday am for a Telco TV next week. I see there is a Nascar race there this weekend and was curious if any of our Texas HHR owners know of any tickets that someone needs to get rid of?

I need two (wife and I) for Sunday's race.

Thanks

Don

I have some friends in Texas and we were talking just a couple days ago and they said tickets were still available. They also said there are always folks outside the track selling tickets...some even for face value. I just checked the Texas Motor Speedway site and they still have some available on their site. Good luck and let me know if you score some tickets. Maybe I can hook you up with the other HHR owner who is going.

Thanks,

I was planning on checking around the track when we get there. Last time I was at the brickyard, there were tickets available all over the place. I could buy ahead of time, but if it rains all day, I can't make it Monday. That and our plane lands at 10:40am ( I am hoping it is on time). So I am hoping we can make it to the tack in time to see the start. I have never been to the Dallas area. I see the directions they recommend take me to Denton and then south to the track.

We made it there. Got free tickets from one of the vendors I do business with. Walking up to the track a couple of guys were teaving and handed me 9 more tickets. They didn't want to wait around for the rain delay. So I gave away a couple of the tickets and still had 7 in my hand as we walked into the gate to the track. I couldn't find anyone else to give the tickets to..

Wow...free tickets...what a great deal. You take any photos you can share with us. Here's a photo another HHR owner TX-HHR took.
