Mmmmm! A fried Spam sandwich with mustard. I don't drink coffee, though. I guess I'll have a Coke to go with it. When do we get one?

This morning I got out of bed when I fell off the bed, but normally I get up at 6:30am.

Usually about 9 in the morning, lol. When most of you are already at work.

BTW, Miracle Whip & Cheese is the only thing I put on mine. Besides wheat bread.

I get up with my wife at about 6:30 in the morning. I have a Baby Ben alarm clock with a five minute snooze function, so we usually snooze it twice before actually getting up.

I got most of you beat. I get up at 5 am on workdays. I work 6:30 am to 4 pm and get every other Friday off. Starting early allows me to beat most of the traffic and beat the crowds to our favorite restaurants for dinner.

I don't ever hit the snooze. It wouldn't do any good as I'd just lay there anticipating the alarm sounding again. I do wake early some days which drives me crazy. Watch out for that guys! Sometimes it can be a sign of depression or too much stress. Both plus the lack of sleep can greatly affect your health. Believe me, I've been there!
