First I'd like to thank everybody for their thoughts and prayers, it really means a lot to us both. Dad underwent six hours of emergency heart surgery today with a total of five bypass grafts. He is currently in intensive care under very heavy sedation. The doctors tell us that there is a chance of brain damage but until they can bring him out of sedation we really won't know much. They kicked us out of the hospital for the night and we're at a hotel here in Charleston, thank goodness for free Wi-Fi I guess. Things are really up in the air as you can guess, but my Mom is hanging in there like a champ, English roses never wilt as they say.

I'll be sure to keep everyone updated as things develop, sorry to the folks we were going to meet up in Detroit, maybe next year. Thanks again to all of you for your support, you all are the best.

100 MPH for 3 hours - Something must have wanted you there and kept distracting the troopers just as you whizzed by.

I know it sucks. I went through it with my folks.
Just be there a day at a time and that's all you can do.
They're lucky to have you there with them.
