My favorite Waylon album - His autobiography is available on a 3 CD set - highly recomended for Waylon fans

Waylon Jennings ~ The Ramblin' Man (1974)

Carly Simon ~ Anticipation (1971) - sweet

The Best of Iron Butterfly: Evolution (1971)

Little Feat ~ Down on the Farm (1979)

Man, I hadn't seen the album Cellophane Symphony in years! Used to have it, but somewhere over the years it grew feet. Some great tunes - Evergreen, On Behalf of the Entire Staff and Management, Pappa Rolled his Own as well as Sweet Cherry Wine, Making Good Time and others. Yep, some good times listening to that album!

R.E.O. Speedwagon ~ (1971)

T.W.O. ~ (1972)

Ridin' the Storm Out (1974)

R.E.O. ~ (1976)

I like REO but I can only take so much...

AC/DC ~ Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap (1976)

Kinks-Size (1965) - I hate this - NMCOT

Joey Dee & the Starliters ~ Doin' the Twist at the Peppermint Lounge (1961)

The Surfaris Play ~ (1963) - High School kids - no **** - hahahahawipeout!

Rick Nelson ~ More Songs by Ricky (1960)

Way better than I thought it would be - more rockabilly than bubblegum

I'm listening to more records now that hockey season has started.
I DVR all the games, mute the game, fast-forward past ads and use records for a soundtrack.
I usually play something rocking like Scorpions, Aerosmith, Hendrix, etc...

Since I've been going through my boxes of incoming-unlistened-to-yet I decided to try a different approach...

Simon & Garfunkel ~ Wednesday Morning, 3 AM (1964)

lol NOT hockey music! At least none of the players heard The Sounds Of Silence

Roger Mozian ~ Spectacular Percussion - not so spectacular

29 Strings And Then Some - ho hum

Jack "Bongo" Burger ~ Let's Play Bongos! (1964) - NOT Bongo Fury

Then some more half-a-side-is-all-I-can-take until I needed to hear something good

Eddie Condon ~ Chicago and All That Jazz (1962)

Had to crank some music I could hear in the other side of the house today

Pink Floyd ~ The Wall (1979)

Big Brother & the Holding Company ~ Cheap Thrills (1968)

Janis Joplin & the Full Tilt Boogie Band ~ Pearl (1971)

Steve Miller Band ~ Number 5 (1970)

I slit the wrapper on this brand spankin new 41 year old 1970 Capital Record Club release - sweeeet

The Alan Parsons Project ~ Pyramid (1978) - I like Tales Of EAP & I Robot but this is crap

Van Morrison ~ Tupelo Honey (1971)

I'm going with early Van Halen and Guns N Roses for hockey tonight - no more Art & Paul during the game

oh man - you are gonna have to reinforce your home's foundation with all that vinyl!!! How about a picture or two showing how they are stored?

Definitely agree with your comment about that Pyramid album - that was a total disappointment. I Robot is still a fav here. Glad you are still having fun there. :)

Here's a couple of pix from post #94 (this April) in this thread

They're still stored the same way with one more box on the floor

I'll take a few more pix later (in color) when I finish off last night's hockey games (and some more VH)

Hockey night tunes

Guns N' Roses ~ Appetite for Destruction (1987) - I forgot just how great this sounds

Van Halen (1978)

Van Halen II (1979)

Women and Children First (1980)

Fair Warning (1981)

Diver Down (1982)

MCMLXXXIV (1984)

5150 (1986)

Oh! You Ate One Too (1988) - the title's a response to DL Roth's Eat Em And Smile (1986)

Great mastering - Finish What Ya Started shows you just how good your system sounds

Mötley Crüe ~ Shout at the Devil (1983) - Top 10 best 80s metal album

Mötley Crüe ~ Theatre of Pain (1985) -

Home Sweet Home
is a nice song but not worth suffering through the rest of this album

Judas Priest ~ Stained Class (1978)

Great hockey fight music but I like Hell Bent for Leather (1979) or British Steel (1980) 10x better

AC/DC ~ Who Made Who (1986)

More great hockey music and it was a great concert back in '86

Today's score - my $10 of trade-ins on $30 = a great deal for a Jackson.

Bob Seger & the Silver Bullet Band ~ Night Moves (1976)

mint original replaces my scuffed and lightly scratched Columbia Record Club version

Yes ~ Fragile (1972)

Earlier pressing than my old one with a better cover, scratchless vinyl and an insert that I never knew existed.
The 8 page insert has pix & stories of the band and some cool Roger Dean artwork.

Elvis ~ Worldwide Gold Award Hits, Pts. 1 & 2 (1974 2LP mono)

Louis Armstrong and His Hot Seven (1951 - this one's a mint 1956 6 eye reissue) - replaces my 70's reissue

John Mayall & The Bluesbreakers ~ Bare Wires (1968)

J. Geils Band ~ Hotline (1975) - like new

Average White Band ~ AWB (1974)

Bocephus ~ High Notes (1982) - If you don't like Hank Williams ...

The Alan Parsons Project ~ The Turn of a Friendly Card (1980)

The Alan Parsons Project ~ Eye in the Sky (1982)

Yeaaahhhh Boyeeee! Going to go play me some records
