Part 1 of the Fleetwood Mac-athon
Then Play On (1969)
Kiln House (1970)

That later pressing green-cover had a deep scratch so I checked my yellow and it's scratch-free and plays nice
Bare Trees (1972)
Penguin (1973)
Mystery to Me (1973)

Fleetwood Mac (1975)
Fleetwood Mac ~ Rumours (1977)
Fleetwood Mac ~ Tusk (1979 2LP)
I needed a break from F-Mac after Tusk so I'm playing more Loss Leaders
I snagged 10 absolutely perfect Loss Leaders (including LOONEY TUNES!) for $60 so I'll expect the unexpected for a while
HOT PLATTERS (1971 2LP)

Looks like you stole my Fleetwood Mac collection!!! LOL They are one of my favorite groups. I especially like the early British blues days - check this out - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KE4HGlmtOcg - gotta love Peter Green on lead. And http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RtmW2...eature=related - such a great sound and song.
I've been collecting quite a few videos from youtube, and put them together as a DVD for playing thru the tv and surround sound and Zune and ipod units. Kinda like what I used to do with cassette tapes. The more things change the more they stay the same I guess.
Keep 'em coming man - enjoying following this thread.
Regards
Tom

I got sick of hearing Rumours' hits on the radio so haven't played it in a long, long time.
This copy is an early pressing in absolutely pristine condition.
Totally silent under the music with 0.0 surface noise.
Yeah, it's pop, but it's such a great album with some of the sweetest sounds I know.
It's on my Desert Island top 10 list
Here's the rest of the list just for S & G's
Who's Next
Stones ~ Sticky Fingers
Metallica ~ Kill Em All
Allman Bros ~ Live at Fillmore East
Hendrix ~ Live at Fillmore East (expanded band Of Gypsies)
Zappa ~ Apostrophy
Funkadelic ~ Maggot Brain
Deep Purple ~ Made In Japan
Robert Johnson ~ Complete Recordings (remastered)
It's different on different days but that's today's DI Top 10

Ahhh Rumours!!!! One of the best. Most of my albums are in great shape still - which makes me VERY happy. the odd one that has a pop or skip is rather disheartning.

A top 10 list - hummmm I'll have to think on mine - I'm more into the softer side of rock than you are I think. I've never been much of a metal fan or too much in the hendrix stuff although he does have some gems for me.
Here are some more of my favs off the top of my head:
Cowboy Junkies
Mark Knopfler and Dire Straits
Colin James
Fine Young Cannibals
Fleetwood Mac of course
Marianne Faithful's "Broken english" def. one of my top 10
Ozark Mtn. Daredevils
Ten Years After
Moody Blues
Pink Floyd
Bob marley
Jimmy Cliff
Peter Tosh
Third World
UB40
Dwight yoakam
The mavericks
Vince Gill
John Mayall
Paulo Nutini
Taj Mahal
Elvis Costello (early stuff)
Would be hard to select JUST 10 albums tho'.
Cheers
