Is Walter (Jeff Dunham) related to VP Joe Biden?

I was watching the signing of the stimulas package in Denver today on TV and noticed VP Joe Biden standing on the Presidents right side. I said to the wife that Joe Biden looks just like Walter (from Jeff Dunham fame). The wife started laughing cuz she said she was thinking the same thing. Anyone else been thinking the same thing? Hey I could be wrong...

I think Saturday Night Live should have got Jeff Dunham to come on with Walter as Senator Biden. Tina Fey and Walter would have made a perfect VP debate spoof.
