Roku

Roku

(japanese for "six", from the street name for the toyota corolla GTS based on it's chassis code "86", known in japan as "hachi roku"...)

Roku and I share a birthday! He'll be 5 this year. He doesn't like to be too far away from me when I'm home, only drinks out of the bathroom sink, and kills flies like it's his job.

He's a good cat. I think he could use a friend though...

I've got 2 cats. Both I adopted from a local shelter. 1 is a Maine Coon, the other a Tabbie.

I have a Male Black lab (Jet) and a Female Rottweiler (Jetta) both BIG babies and wouldn't hurt a fly. People get scared of Jetta because of her bread but with 2 daughters 7 and 5 I wouldn't own a mean dog. It is funny though when a cat walks by the house Jet is right by the window just watchin' waggin' and wishin' I lean in close and whisper in his ear "what's out there boy? Is that Jet fuel?" He looks at me with the big shyt grin as if to say ya just me outta here!

I have a husky named Fred. He's just into his summer shed and he seems to be able to shed twice as much hair as he has. No wonder he likes it outside when it's below zero.

Well we now have a new pet. :)

He is an F3 Savannah cat, his name is Whip. We got him 7/10/10. He just turned 6 months old, he is 8 1/2 lbs currently and around 11 1/2 inches at his sholders, we are expecting him to double in weight, and grow another 7 or so inches at his sholders. :)

We have a Bassett/Lab mix named Demi, a Jack Russell terrier named Eddie (original isn't it?) and a terrier mix named Dolly. All were rescue/abandoned dogs who needed homes. The JRT is the latest addition to the family. We got him for free. It's a shame people get a dog because of a TV show and have no idea what they're really like. Demi is the matriarch. She rules with an iron paw. Dolly is, of course, the middle child...and we suffer from her middle-child syndrome. hehehe They're good puppies.
