First car was a 1993 Cadillac Seville STS, Metallic Green with tan leather. Only paid $2200 for it with my own money. It had the 4.6L 32v Northstar V8 motor, so it had a little get up and go, you know, sleeper speed. I was knockin ricers out right and left, and some guys who thought their trucks were fast. I only ever got it up to 130 MPH on the highway, though. It was still going, but I didn't need a ticket

Before I sold it, I had to replace the intake manifold and the fuel filter. Then right after I sold it the starter went out on it.

I miss the power, but not the PITA...

First car that wasn't the parents was a new 89 Cavalier RS Coupe with a 2.8L V6 and a 5 spd.

That Cavalier and the HHR are the two best cars I've owned to date.

1976 Honda Civic 1.5L 5spd in bright yellow with no A/C. It ran great and It looked pretty good from 10 feet but it was a rusty mess underneath. The floorboards in the back rusted through and required a quick fix involving sheet metal and a rivet gun. Everytime it rained then froze my lock cylinders would freeze solid. One time I had to crawl in from the hatch and warm the car up to deice the locks. Looking back it was a death trap. Tiny car, thin sheet metal and rust.

That was the first and last import that I have ever owned.

I started driving when I was 7 years old!!! ...LOL

My 1st car was a Chevrolet s-10 pick up GO KART...given to me at 7 years old, top spped was 10 MPH...color BLACK with YELLOW markings, it had a whopping 4 horsepower engine...and only had room for 1 passenger..ME!! ...Had it for 2 years before It was stolen by a friend of my dad's who wanted it for his own little son, he fled before we could catch him.

I MISS THAT PICK UP!! ..Oh well, At least it was a CHEVY!!!!!!

My Dad bought me a 1948 Plymouth Business Coupe in the Winter of 1951/52 so I'd have a way to get to work. Seems like it was about $400.00. Then I went to a '48 Buick, a '51 Ford, and a '53 Studebaker over the next 3 years. These were all used cars. Traded the Studebaker for my first "New" car, a 1957 Renault Dauphine!
