If your final score is younger than your actual age, then you are doing enough brain exercise for your brain... If you score higher than your age, then you need to exercise your brain more...

This morning before we hit the road it said my brain was 25, now its up to 30, does seem affected by one's energy level, but its still fun to play around with.
