The other day in the gym, after becoming angry at someone, I carelessly threw down a 45 pound plate which landed right on my toes.

Lesson: Grab a 5 pound plate when angry

That is crazy!

I love the way his workout buddy doesn't even give it a glance... He's in his zone and couldn't care less!

A while back I got really lucky when I wasn't paying attention when I was sliding weights off the benck press bar. A 15lb weight slid off and landed right on my foot. Somehow it flopped just right that it glanced off instead of taking off my toes like a guillotine!
