In your driveway?
So while my HHR was in the shop the wife finally got her long awaited Fiesta. Now here they are...
You all know my 2010 HHR SS, her's is a a new 2011 Ford Fiesta SES with 3D carbon body kit, tinted windows, and HIDs. It's a great great little car.
It's such a fresh look compared to the larger vehicles that most Americans usually have.

Love the look of the new Fiesta but felt it was a little cramped in the front seat. The upcoming Focus would solve that. As for what is in the driveway at the moment: a Yellow 2001 Focus ZX3 and an Orange 2008 HHR SS.

Come on!! Pics man!!
It's a small car... and with that of coarse makes it small. But that also feeds it's sporty feel.
Due to my HHR new motor we'll be taking it to Tenn in a few weeks with the 150# Mastiff in the back.

I know it's a small car What little time I spent in one at the Auto Show I came away with the impression that I wouldn't be very comfortable in it. Maybe an extended test with one would prove that wrong. As for pics here is one of the Focus in the driveway:
Okay, the one of the HHR in the drive is from last Christmas:

Like the freshness of the Fiesta's styling, Ford has brought something new to the table; I just hope it doesn't get too overdone with their vehicles. I was thinking of holding out for a new Ranger or Focus, but since there's not supposed to be a new Ranger in the US, and without a 3 door hatch for a while, I'm just not interested.
Our other vehicle, my wife's, is a 2009 Hyundai Elantra Touring (wagon). While the hp is lower than on our HHR's, it seems to be pretty snappy and handles great. The ride is quite firm, but if you like a sporty wagon that you can feel pretty confident in zipping around in, it's a great car.

My very first car that I had when I got my license 20 years ago, was a red ford fiesta, lol. But back then they were this little bitty 2 door hatch back, with a itty bitty 4 cyl. with a 4 speed. Man I had tons of fun in that car, lol, beat the living daylights out of it.
