Red face Drivers side mirror install...how?

Hey all...i have to replace my drivers side mirror. The one that is on there works fine but it is a different color than than the passenger side...dont ask I bought it that way, lol. So! I purchased a replacement unit on ebay for $75 bucks. So know comes the issue of an install. I could pay someone to do it but id really like to tackle some of this kinda stuff on my own...i am a total novice at this so...any/all input is appreciated. Thanks! :)

You have to take off the interior plastic panel. There is a thread around here with instructions - https://www.chevyhhr.net/forums/how-tutorial-library-21/door-panel-removal-14040/
Once the panel is off, the bolts are pretty easy to see. I havent taken it off myself, so Im not sure about the electrical connection, but it should also be pretty obvious.

Cool thanks...i looked for a thread about but didnt see one...i will check again. It looks "plug and play" so I think once I get the old one off it should be fairly easy! :)

The thread I linked in my post above gives some good info, as well as the panel removal tool you would use.
I have more detailed pics if you want, just let me know.
