Rolled 111k recently, so I'm probably past due. Brakes for this little bugger are pricey! From the searching that I've done, Advance/Autozone have them priced at $43-50 (rotors or drums!). Haven't checked Napa, but seems like most suggest that they have good parts. Might just order some stuff online. Thinking about StopTech slotted rotors for $120/pair...will keep y'all updated with search results.

Any suggestions on where to look for new drums? Also going to consider getting them turned/cut if they aren't in too bad a shape, pending inspection.
FWIW: when you rotated the tires, I would have pulled the drums for brake inspection. They do collect a lot of brake dust, & shoes may just be glazed & need nothing, but de-glazing.

But that's me..

Yes I remember drums only & no power brakes, or P/S for that matter..

That was my 1968 Chevelle SS. Glazed 4 wheel drum no power brakes or steering.

That was back when you would hammer it and wonder if it was going to stop or even turn.

Ah the good old days.
