Have you tried opening the image in MSOffice then saving as "for web"? You may also be able to save it as a "reduced size .pdf". The other way is to edit the pdf into chunks. I am NO expert, just asking for my information.

The site would not accept the upload as a .pdf so I saved it an an image but the largest image allowable is 600 wide and when I made it 600 wide the typeface used by the lab which created it was too small to read.

I've given up the idea of trying to post the report.
