Lake Chevy and My HHR

I hope Jessica can help set things right, sounds like like they're giving you a MAJOR shaft.....this is one of those times when you need to put your "balls to the wall" with the dealership and take no prisoners!

I wouldn't vilify all Chevy dealers because some of them suck. The three that we've dealt with most recently have been effective and fair. The one where we bought our vehicle from (Center Chevrolet-now closed), the local one where we took is a couple of times (Crest Chevrolet), and the one that is one of my brother in laws clients (Mark Christopher Auto Center). I would expect the last one mentioned to be good but I didn't have problems with either of the others.

I wouldn't vilify all Chevy dealers either. You're going to have some bad ones just like in any business but the majority are honest, otherwise they couldn't stay in business.

I hate the $79/hr while it sits in the lot waiting for it to cool down enough to check while the tech is inside working on something else at $79/hr.

Bingo!
The deal with any business is...
"Make a customer happy, and he/she will tell a few friends and family"
"Make a customer unhappy, and they'll tell everybody they know, and then they'll tell complete strangers, and pretty soon your business is in big trouble"
I've had great experiences at many Chevy dealers(Ben Mynatt Chevrolet & Pohanka Chevrolet just to name two of them), but there is one up in PA who shall remain nameless because of some behavior that exceeded the bounds of crooked and sleazy.
The Zone Manager from Chevrolet once said "That guy is so crooked that when he dies, we're going to wait until Rigor Mortis sets in and screw him into his grave like a corkscrew".

Update, after waiting forever for the fuse block he hooks it up and there is still no power.. So I ask well was it the fuse block, he gives a an awenser about how I must have a bad wire before and now they do not know where it is. Like I said ive never had a problem with power, I told him that he says well I don't know what to tell you. Now my car has a GPS tracking/kill switch if you don't make your payments on time. Now they are blaming that and they are ripping all the wires apart btw my bill is over 1500 and he says well this is a totally different job and you will be charged separate..I don't know what to do he says its not there fault and something else must have been wrong when I brought it in. My car has never died out nor loss power it was running when we brought it in..Its been a month since they have had my car.

Why are you getting this car serviced in Devil's Lake when you are in Duluth??? Maybe it's your total disregard of punctuation that is causing me confusion on this. I would be livid at all this BS they are laying on you!!!!! I would have this car towed to someplace that knows what they're doing, and then file in small claims court; they're hosing you big time! Why are you putting up with it???
