Lake Chevy and My HHR

Getting a lawyer involved would not have to mean filing a lawsuit, Just someone to make a few calls or letter. That they would treat with more respect, because they certainly are not giving him any. But if you don't have a connection with a Lawyer that would be difficult.
And walking from the car, I mean... Sit down with them, OK you worked on the car, took it apart, now it doesn't run and is useless. This is what I owe $XXX on it. What could you do to take this off my hands and get me into something else. Twist their arm for the best they could do.
That's what I meant by walking from the car. Not screwing over his credit.

So another update, They decided to order a wiring harness since the re pin didn't work.. Not sure what that means but he says I could pick the car up wed night..I don't believe it for one second but I could hope I guess. Chevy rep has never called me back.

Chevy rep called and said basically to just contact the dealer from now on and not her. There my main source of contact.

Has anyone ever verified that this is for real? If it is, I apologize for my skepticism but all this is sounding more and more bizarre every day.
Rep says not to call her anymore? Wow!

If you still have that PM I sent you, it may be time to use the "Nuclear Option" and contact those people.

An update, Nothing has been resolved yet, They are putting on a wire harness of some sort was suppose to be done today..Of course it wasn't I have been told this so much, It ends in the morning either way. I will be letting them know if this doesn't fix it, I will not be paying them a dime. I will have to take them to court. The exact date my car was drove into there garage was Sept. 27th for what was suppose to be a one day job. Changing the shift solenoid. Well this is where I stand.
