5,000 Miles and i replaced mine. Car sits outside year round. I destroyed mine, forgot i left them in the on position and had ice all over. Glad i did every 2-3 days we're getting some sort of Ice or snow Storm. Really getting tired of it already.

Next year i will be getting snow tire's cause this stocker's suck, when the State of IL can't plow to save there life!

Replaced mine at 50K still worked ok just at 50K I go from bumper to bumper.
If I feel it needs to be replaced it's replaced. I also clean them at each oil change. I hate sh--y wipers when it rains

I'm not sure of the manufactor of the factory blades, but they look Identical to the Bosch Icon blades and Trico Neoform blades that I sell at Kragen Auto Parts. These usually run between $18 and $22 ea., but if they are as good as the stocks then they will last you a few years. I just changed mine for the first time and mine is an 06 60k miles out side in +100 heat during the summer.
Heres a pic of them

Tip: to save money on blades, buy the good ones and keep the old ones if they are still in ok shape to put back on during the summer so the sun does not ruin the new fancy expensive ones.

P.S. I do not directly profit from any sales of these wiper blades so I have not broken any rules for non vendors, I don't think.
They are just really good and quiet.

I've noticed my wiper blades don't like the cold weather (the back moreso). If they get cold, they get stiff and don't make a full contact on the glass. Its not a big deal (for me), just shake them out a little, and they're like new from there.
