P0011 , 2011 , 2.2 engine
This code just showed up today. Camshaft position sensor. bank b or something like that. ( I'll have to recheck to be sure). Went to Rock Auto to order another 1. AC Delco . On Youtube it sez there are 2 of these solenoids. Do I order 2 of the same thing? Or are there 2 different part numbers? An oil change will take place at this same time... It's a 2.2 engine 207k on the ticker. thanks.

Okay, just went a plugged it I again .This is what it actually sez, Camshaft Position Actuator A Bank 1 Timing over advanced. The 2011 was for the year of the HHR, not the code number. The code is P0011. sorry for the confusion.

Code is P 0011. First post was from my phone, fat fingers and the 2011 was the year of the HHR not the code. Sorry about that. P0011 is the code for sure, checked it 3 times. Car still runs like normal, although I'm done driving it till its repaired. There is a gray colored one and a black colored one. Hope I dont need a timing chain. Drove the HHR 225 miles on Sunday, Two 110 mile trips, no codes, it ran nice. Didn't drive it Monday, today at start up, the code showed up

I would change both solenoids, 10 mm socket and a 6 “ extension with a ratchet, 3/8 drive . To get the bolts out, then wiggle the old ones and pull straight up with a pair of pliers.
