Dealers stickers are the pits. I use a hair dryer ,WD40 and when they come off I use Mejiars show car glaze to make it shine like never before. 1st post and glad to be here.

Peel off what you can of the sticker, and scrub the rest off with bug and tar remover. Works like a charm.

To each his own on this one. Stitch I didn't have one, but Stitch II does, it's a brushed-chrome looking emblem that almost looks like a set of pilot wings with a Chevy bowtie in the center, I kinda like it. (That, and this is the best dealership I've ever been to where it comes to their respect for the customer.)

I just came across this thread. Sorry to resurect it, but some really good info here. I think that I am going to shave off my HHR and LT letters on the back. They are a pain to wax around.

I did just get some overlays for the chevy bowties and I may use the HHR letters as a pattern to cut out the center of the overlay. I think that would look pretty cool. I just need to test it out to see if it will fit.

I take them off too.
That is the first thing I do when I get home from picking up my new vehicles.
I did have a tuff one that would not come off, but some light heat from a hair dryer did the trick.

Like the look, I'm going to do mine this weekend. I already took off the GM badge on the bottom of the door.
