Cool

I don't even let the dealer put a sticker on mine if I can help it, that is something I don't like. But I am a bit different when it comes to the emblems, I actually like the look of the 'HHR' letters on the back, & I LOVE the little 'GM' emblems on the side of the vehicle, I'd never dream of taking those off being the proud GM owner that I am. I am even adding the 'chevrolet' emblems to the hood tomorrow, the 'new school' style started by 'Bertland'...guess we all have our own tastes, & I don't find them hard to wax around as I rub my Turtle Wax Ice all over them and all the nastiness is gone from around the letters. To each their own. I also like the little 'panel' emblem under 'HHR' on the back of the panels...Oh well, whether your shave the emblems or not, it is still the GREATEST vehicle EVER!!!

Same method, a heat gun. The foam adhesive doesn't come off as easily as a decal, but I think it's definatly worth it though.

If the HHR emblems are the same as the little GM ones, which I'm guessing they are, then CAREFULLY use a razor blade. Preferrably a scraper blade without the case. Just get it under the emblem and wiggle it back and forth a little. Once the emblem is off I just peeled the backing off with my thumb Maybe a little goo gone then wax. The other trick I used on my dodge was fishing line. Get a piece and saw it back and forth behind the emblem. No chance to scratch the paint and all that is left is the sticker backing to deal with.

A lot of members used fishing line or dental floss. A lot safer IMHO than a razor blade.

Mine came off with the use of my nails and then a little wax to get the marks off. The plate frame went bye-bye today. I hate dealership frames.

Blow driers aren't just for hair anymore

Hey... try heating up the sticker and the area around the sticker with a hair dryer. I've had good luck with this method

Dental Floss or fishing line is nice and safe.

Best thing in the world for removing any glue goo is 3M Prepsol 70
