Thingamabobs.....

Was cleaning out the HHR today, found this loose wingnut down in the spare tire well. Couldn't find anything it went to down there...

Any ideas where it's supposed to go?

It holds the jack down securely under the spare.

Thanks.......I didn't get down that far - didn't take out the spare.
