Oh, and I forgot to mention...

ANYONE AND EVERYONE is welcome to get a decal. Geographically the Great Lakes region is just that, near the great lakes. Any state that borders one of the lakes, and Canada. (Sorry, don't know all what provinces touch). ie: Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, New York, Ontario, and if I left anyone out, sorry...wasn't intentional!

However, you DO NOT have to be in this region. I doubt the demand outside of there will be great, but anyone is welcome.
