Just throwing out a suggestion, but would anyone else who is not going to the show want to meet up earlier and hang out, then meet up with the others for dinner?

That would be my suggestion too...I hate to see anyone make a long drive for a G2G that's just a few hours in the afternoon/evening. I'm sure the locals (Kevin) would know of something to do during the day.

Tony & I are going to meet up outside the model/toy show between 11:00-11:30am. That gives time for a quick bite before going in the show.
