I m talking about the rear hatch handle above the license plate.

 

You're looking for GM part number 25881284. You can try a search on e-bay or they are available from places like GM Parts Giant.

No, the one over the wind shield.

 

Here's one installed.. Not crazy about it..Or drilling the mounting holes.
