I usually de-badge any car that I get to a certain extent....makes it that much easier to wash and wax plus the streamlined look for me looks way better.

I took off the chicklets and HHR on the rear door. I just tried to do the vinyl overlays and to be honest I thought they SUCKED, doesnt cover all the amber on the bowtie and I just said screw doing the "SS"es because I don't want this mediocre look on my car. So I have blacked out bowties but left the SS's chrome with white on the inside....now, what color for my calipers?? White, Black, or Red? Red would look sooooo sweet but I don't want a ricer look at all and I love the sleeper style of the car already...

Thank you all for the iformation on how to remove emblems as I am going to remove the "Turbocharged" from my rear hatch and please excuse me but what are “Chicklets”?

Your right about the bowtie overlays but the SS is cut right, I'd paint the calipers & vinyl the SS in red.
