I can't help you much other than to tell you that a lot of the guys on the Cobalt forum get there HIDs from buyhids.com. They have had pretty good luck with them from what I've read. I've got 3k in my fogs and honestly they are bright enough for me. I picked mine up from Amazon for like $40 free freight. I need to eventually run an extra relay to them because every once in a while one of them will not fire up. Hope that helps you out some.
