So here is a better idea of how the Red wheels look with the full moons. Of course once the white walls are redone it will look much better. Driving the plasti-dip white walls through the Indiana winter really did a number on them. Going to use the expensive elastomeric roof paint now that I know white walls are the way I want to go. From what I have read, the stuff holds up really well!

That's more like it Ben.
I've heard good and bad things about Elastomeric Roof Paint, one thing being the occasional odd reaction with the tire rubber causing it to turn a dingy green/yellow almost overnight.
You might want to experiment on an inner sidewall to see how it holds up for a bit, if it goes all weird, nobody will see it.

The trick to not getting the discoloration is degreasing the snot out of the tires. Then making sure there's no residue from the degreaser before painting them.
