IPCW Tails

Last week I bought some Bermuda Black Tails from Race and Street, Thanks Maggie. I was just wondering if anyone knows what the life expectancy is for these led's. The site says manufacturers limited lifetime warranty. I'm a little gray on what that might cover. Any thoughts?

Thats cool. I'm really hoping they last awhile, since they're kinda expensive.

Typical high quality LEDs have 100,000 hour life expectancy. PCB controllers and voltage undulations tend to lower this. Even so. With that aside, they could theoretically remain lit for 4166.67 days straight. That's 11.4 years...or being illuminated.

Don't hold your breath lol.

I love mine. Sometimes I will turn them on and just go look at the rear....just to be sure that all the LEDs are lit. Perfect every time.

I was going to say, has no one heard that good quality led's like those in police lights and in these IPCW led tail lights would last 100,000 hours? Thank you Nacademus. He's right. They will most likely out last the HHR.
