New look ... New Running Boards

Well not exactly new, as they were 'rescued' from a rolled over HHR.
But a new look none the less. Now we dont have to look at the sandblasted lower rocker panel again.

We are planning on color matching the running board but also noticed that it kinda accents/compliments the door handles.
So what do you think ... Color match or leave it Silver?

Maybe if you had some silver on the bumper covers? I like it in both pics from an angle, but the straight shot from the side doesn't look all that great to me...

I agree with you on the side view opinion. The Silver makes it look like the HHR is 'four-wheeling'.

They actually look better than I would have thought if I had heard before seeing them..... Blue is the way to go though, They do look a little like "I got these at a salvage yard and stuck them on" look while still in silver....... Just doesn't match the clean look you have now

Gotta agree, color match, the color is too nice to deter from.

Paint a silver strip on the bottom of the bumper cover to match? Nah, color match.
