SS spoiler install info

Click Here> https://www.chevyhhr.net/forums/appearance-modifications-discussions-6/ss-spoiler-install-info-24114/

Then also do a Google Search HHR SS Rear Spoiler and click the word Images at the top of the page, you'll see how it Should Fit, Correctly.

A&P - so does the spoiler actually rest on the top of the window squirter? Hard to tell from photo.

Would really like a picture of the reveal.

Thanks,

A Quick Google Search like I said I found this Large pic.

Sorry Mods I'd resize it but wanted him to See it well.
Resize or delete it as you see fit.

SAVE that pic and Print it, but Save the large file size and look at it close up.

I had the a friend at the dealer install mine. It definently sits up maybe an eighth of an inch to a quarter of an inch. It funny when my wagon bakes in the sun all day it gets worse. Suppose the heating of the day expands the gap. Comes back down when it's cooler??? Our issues are similar but different. The biggest gap in mine is actually at the driver side edge. the middle is up a little but very close.

Here's a shot I took from a level angle to the washer squirter. The spoiler is not touching the squirter but is very close.

Another shot. The gap(in the center) between the hatch door edge and the spoiler is approx. 3-7/16 inches.

I bought an SS spoiler from my friend at a Chevrolet dealer and it came with a template showing where to drill the holes and the sizes of each hole. It was also able to order a black one so it matched perfectly.

Kind of looks like it's designed to have a tiny gap for water drainage, or a rubber gasket.

That's what I was thinking. A slight gap for water.
