09 auto shifter in an 06 ?

09 auto shifter in an 06 ?
I have an 06 auto with the crappy stock shifter and I want to install a nice leather boot style that the 09's had. I checked on Ebay and see a few leather boot style and they are all 09 cars. Will the 09's bolt right in on the 06 model.

I believe it's a bolt in.... there's an old thread around the forum somewhere that went into this topic when the new style came out.
