Headrest

One thing you need to know is that the post on the front headrest "do not" line up with the holes for the back seat headrest (at least that is what I found on my HHR).
I always felt like the front headrest was pushing my head forwards and would get uncomfortable at times (especially the passenger side).
I tried to swap the front ones with the back ones because the back ones appeared to be a little thinner.
That did not work so on long trips I simply turn the front headrest around.
Your best options may be . . .
One - find a set of "rear" headrest that already have the HHR logo embroidered into them.
Or Two - buy a "plain" set of "rear" headrest and find someone that can embroider the logo on them for you.
Good luck either way

DO NOT TURN THE FRONT HEADRESTS AROUND. If you are in an accident your head will snap back the wrong way. They are made to cradle your head in an accident when installed properly. Make sure you and your passangers adjust the height to coenside with the height of you & their heads in the seat. Do not drive without them & if you have passangers in the rear-leave the headrests in correctly also.

Or remove the rear headrest material and have them embroidered. If you don't have somewhere near you, my motorcycle seat guy knows of a good embroidered guy.
It may also help if you take a front seat headrest in for comparison as well.

Headrest ,
hi to all , thats good info about the size of the rear headrest ,I had no Idea they were Diff. I thought it was an aftermarket thing ,cause I also have this big pad about 4" thick that was over my rear box and it has the HHR embroidered on it the same way ,thats a good Idea I'll call the sewing lady in town and see if she can do it, Thanks .

Hard to say. Have you ever read some of the "Darwin Awards", makes you start to wonder about that whole "Natural Selection" issue.
Here is my favorite one from back in 2008. . .
(January 2008, Pennsylvania) A 23-year-old man with various body piercings decided to have some fun at work.
He wondered, "What it would feel like to connect the electronic control tester to my chest piercings?"
Several coworkers tried to convince him that it was a bad idea to wire himself up to the electronic device, but he ignored their pleas.
He proceeded to connect two alligator clips to his metal nipple piercings, one on each side, and hit the test button...
His coworkers were still trying to revive him with CPR and rescue breathing when police and rescue personnel arrived.
They were not successful.

My theory is that helmet, setabelt and air bag laws have dumbed down society. In the past the people who were too dumb to use them on their own would get culled from the herd.
Today we are saving lives that would have and in many cases ended early.
Don't think there is a decline? Just watch a episode of Cops from 20 years ago and one from today they keep topping themselves ever week.
The video phone have helped increase the loss of the Hey Watch This crowd but not enought to make up for the other safety improments.

That is also why the world is getting dumber.
