No need to worry about the planning part. We hooked up with an event planner in AC who will be helping us put this event together.
All we need to do is provide her will our ideas and she will take it from there. Her knowledge,contacts & ideas will help us get this event off to a good start.I believe We scored BIG on this find.
Then it will be up to US to show up.. When all is said & done it will be one hell of a meet.
