How would you like to collect commitments?? (I'm in, by the way) Should we do it by a thread, PM's, e-mails??? Should there be a deposit made at time of commitment?? (That would keep the number very realistic)

Please post when and where this event is going to be. I would like to go if My Government Employer will give me the time off. I will need all of the Information so I will know how much this will cost, Uncle Sam does not pay well if you know what I mean.

Our goal is to have 50 HHR show up. More details will follow, we are flexible and open to suggestions to make this a successful meet.

People from Cali and the mid-west have good turn outs. This is Atlantic City. Plus plenty of NorthEast states are under a day's driving distance. I do recomended this event. There are plenty of things to do in AC for the whole family.
