You're about the same distance as me from Newburgh, NY (175 miles).
I got mine done there at Barton Birks Chevrolet (about 1 mile from OCC).
They charged $200 for the install, soldered the connections like I asked them to, had me out by 10:30 AM and I've had no problems with it.

Regardless of the specific attributes of the program application, you'll drive yourself crazy if you think that boost pressure will be consistent in any case. Temperature, air enthalpy, altitude and humidity are all variables that will affect atmospheric pressure and is magnified exponentially when further compressed. I run from 18 to 23psi when I feel like looking at the gauge, but can also predict where it might be depending upon the weather and if I an next to the Hudson River or up in the mountains (both of which are nearby).

I don't 20-22 max, but mine isn't soldered, but it will be tues morn I'll let ya know if it makes more boost after that. I've been having the drop boost issue on ocasion if I squeeze the wires it works again so maybe this time they will listen to me and solder it.

all my wires were re-teminated no worries about connection
