as slow as the speed limits are in Florida, no problem
a turtle w 4 broken legs could catch you, espec one w a radio

worst state i have ever driven in on local roads
slowest posted speeds i have ever driven in town

not even 25 in alot of areas and 25 tops in most

gave me a permanent sense that i would never move there

What part of Florida was that in? Here in Jacksonville about the only place the speed limit is 25MPH is in residential neighborhoods, most other roads are anywhere from 35mph to 55mph and highways are 55 to 70mph.
