Decided to paint my wheels...

I finally got the courage to paint my wheels last weekend. I bought a couple of the Duplicolor wheel paint in 'Graphite' and a couple of clears, and started the project.

Before: The black wheels. [These got dirty REAL quick, which is the main reason I painted them.]

After: So much better for me. I should have cleaned the car up a bit, but the weather has been pretty bad lately.

Now I all I want to do is find some center caps and that will be it for the wheels. I put in some MB Quarts in the doors and swapped my old 12" subs for one 15" Kicker. In the future, I HAVE to get ahold of a stubby antenna and get to work on those nasty cloth seats.

Comments appreciated.

Great work, but I'm not a big fan of the dark wheels, especially on darker cars. They need at least a silver or chrome lip on them to make them stand out a little better. Ever thought about painting them the lighter "Gunmetal" shade of silver?
