Got2Boostit2's Wifes 2010 HHR SS VR

I pulled a tire trailer to that event with a set of "R" comps that I was trying for the first time. Have since removed the hitch and will be selling the trailer. I absolutely hated changing tires at the track. Bought a trailer to tow the car with so I can arrive and drive!

When I was autocrossing, I most recently was in SM (street mod) which by rule allows quite a few changes. Our local SCCA club is pretty good. Had the hitch been installed while I was autocrossing, most of my street mod competitors would have been happy as it added close to forty pounds.
Anyway, my stock statement was sarcasm. Car is so far away from stock it's become a running joke. The mod list is like 200 lines long (if da wifey really knew). Lets just say "stock appearing".

So the wifey's SS now has frt door tint, TTR engine mount and TTR rear swaybar. I saw an Impala with chrome wheels on it, I wonder if Impala wheels have the same bolt pattern. Gotta investigate.

On another note, got an almost dime sized windshield chip on I-96 WB in Brighton this afternoon. I really hate our roads. This is the second time on the SS. Gotta see if Safelight can fill it Monday or Tuesday. I wish there was WS tear-offs available that would cushion impingement.

So took the wifey's 2010 SS to the GM car show in Warren this past Wednesday. The "lunch box" was parked in between an '87 Buick Grand National and a 2010/11 red Camaro SS supercharged. It was interesting to see peoples reactions as it was the only HHR amongst 1,000+ vehicles entered in the show. Will post a link to show images sometime next week after I download them from the camera.
