Sindy,
Keep your camera handy if you are out tomorrow afternoon! We're visiting my in-laws down in Hemet and will be heading up 395 on the way back to Bakersfield. I'll be in my pickup and my wife will be following me in her shiny new black LS.

This is what we saw out of our HHR today... We were down in San Diego for a Fiero show... Just one of my other hobbies...

Thanks Sindy! I'm not exactly sure when we will get out of here. You know how it is with in-laws. We hope it will be around lunch time when we leave here. We'll give you a call when we get close and maybe we can meet and get some 'black and white' pictures. I am sure my wife would love to meet another lady HHR lover. She has big plans for this little truck...

BTW - Do ya'll consider this thing a truck? I do, but I noticed that Chevy lists it under cars.

Ohh, I love the Fiero. I almost bought one as my first car about two years ago, but I couldn't find one that wasn't in beat-to-hell condition.

I own most of them! haha... I've had about 45 of them in the past 11 years. I have 6 now including an 88 GT with factory T-tops and 2 Ferrari kit cars. Fieros got a bad rap in 84 but they are great cars. And since everyone believes that they catch on fire, I can buy them up cheaply. We have a Fiero forum with over 13000 members.

Fiero GT's are the best... I'm writing a book, And the person narrating the book, Drives an '86, With a 3800S/C repower.

Is this person active in the Fiero world? If so, I may know him/her. I've been organizing Fiero events and clubs on both ends of the country for a lot of years.

It is amazing some of the different power configurations that are making their way into Fieros. Everything from old V8s to new LS1s to brand new Pontiac G6 motors. There are a couple of vendors working on 6-speed tranny swaps now too. My 355 kit car has a race-built 3.4 TDC with turbo rated at 450 HP, about 75 more ponies than the real 355. Looks like we may have to start a Fiero thread somewhere in Off-topic. I didn't expect to find any Fiero fans here.

Here is a picture of my T-top...

And then on the extreme end, my friend's chopped, Lambo door'd, Northstarred, 20 inch wheeled, totally custom exotic Fiero...
