Thanks for the help, but after searching online, it appears to be a 34/5 Pontiac.

going by the shape of front fenders i'd say either '34 or '35 Oldsmobile or Buick, the taillights look more like Buick. Being a street rod (looks more restro,IE mostly stock body)they might not be stock taillights. Could also be a Cadillac going by the headlights and the Cadillac Crest on the hubcaps.

Thanks for the nudge on getting me to research a bit more. Appears you are correct, and my first instinct, on it being a Caddy.
